The Citation XLS provides a lot more storage space than other midsize jets, with 80 cubic feet in an external compartment and 10 cubic feet inside the cabin. Inside the cockpit, pilots use a Honeywell Primus 1000 EFIS avionics suite, which provides up-to-date technology and safety features.
With a takeoff distance under 4,000 feet, the Citation XLS can depart from more remote locations with shorter runways than jets of a larger size.
